Joe and Lais here — married and travelling together since 2012.

Exploring new places has always been one of the ways we connect, grow, and keep life interesting. We find somewhere new to discover every year, and we’re grateful to still return to Brazil often to spend time with family. Every trip adds a new piece to our story — and reminds us why there’s no better adventure than the one we’re on together.

These days, life revolves around chasing the next flight deal, planning our someday trip to Japan, and keeping Pabu (our fire ferret in a dog’s body) entertained.

Why We Made This Site

To reminisce.

Life moves fast. Sometimes too fast. We wanted a place to slow down and remember — to look back on the moments and places that have shaped our story, and to hold onto them a little longer.

To share.

We’re lucky to be surrounded by friends and family who care enough to listen to our travel stories (and ask for more). This is a way to share the memories without needing to tell the same story a dozen times — and maybe make it even more fun with photos.
